Under the of 18 Pregnant or breastfeeding If you have a transmittable blood disease such as HIV or hepatitis Viral infections or diseases Accutane in the past year Diabetes ( consult with doctor first) Chemotherapy in the last 6 months Botox near brow area within 2 weeks LipBlush Tattoo: No lip filler done within the last 3 weeks - History of cold sores must take an antiviral before appt for prevention STUDIO POLICIES/TERMS AND CONDITIONS DEPOSIT A deposit (non refundable/ non transferable) is required at the time of booking Deposit is credited towards your service Canceling appointment will result in deposit being forfeited PAYMENT The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment in Cash, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle Debit/credit cards accepted *2.6% fee RESCHEDULING/NO SHOWS If you need to reschedule we require a 2 day notice otherwise client looses deposit and will require a new deposit to book. Allowed up to 1 reschedule Cancelations require 2 days in advance notice or you will be charged half of the service No shows will result in deposit being lost and will be charged 100% service fee LATE POLICY If you are more than 15 mins late we will need to reschedule you and deposit will be lost. Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
